The Regina Regional Intersectoral Committee (RIC) is one of ten multi-jurisdictional committees located through the province. The RICs were created by the Human Service Integration Forum (HSIF) and are funded through the Province of Saskatchewan.

MISSION

To facilitate horizontal collaboration for improved prevention programming and human services delivery that strengthens community capacity for those living in vulnerable circumstances. This will be accomplished through:

  • Critical analysis and development of jointly-owned action plans on complex issues,
  • Integrated decision making and collaborative action,
  • Members mobilizing to address existing and emerging needs in human services in Regina and area, and
  • Communication of a regional perspective on provincial policy and planning with HISF.

VISION

The Regina and area community is resilient and thriving with residents supported by collaborative, integrated human and community services that are designed to assist residents in achieving their highest potential.
